Toilet paper holder stands are a good option for both of the previous methods, as it saves you time and money! It also won’t require any glues, screws, drills, or other tools. You can put it just beside the toilet seat.
Commonly, most of the toilet paper holder stands do not have a lid or cover so, it needs to be placed a little far from water resources but put around the place that can make you comfortable and easy to reach. There are many different designs and sizes of toilet paper holder stand in the market. Just pick one that fits you and your purpose.
